Integrations

EasyCRM connects to the channels where your customers live.

Call via VipTEL, receive messages from WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, send email from your business account, and synchronise meetings with Google and Microsoft Calendar – all without leaving the CRM.

Communication channels

Messages from every channel in one shared inbox

Every customer message – whether it arrives via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, or email – lands in the EasyCRM unified inbox and is shown directly on the contact record. Your team does not need to switch between apps: they write a reply inside the CRM and the message is sent through the right channel. The connection runs in real time through verified integrators – the Meta Graph API for social channels and OAuth for email providers.

  • WhatsApp Business (Meta WABA Cloud API) – including templates
  • Facebook Messenger – page messages via Meta Graph API
  • Instagram Direct Messages – same webhook as Messenger
  • Email – send via Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Inbound email routes directly into the inbox
  • Live chat widget embedded on your website

Telephony and calls

Call directly from the CRM via VipTEL

EasyCRM is integrated with VipTEL – a Slovak IP telephony platform. Click a phone number on any contact card and the call is initiated on your desk phone or softphone. Every incoming call triggers an instant pop-up showing the caller name and last contact history. When the call ends, an automatic record – direction, date, duration – is linked to the correct contact. The integration also works in the mobile app: tapping a number launches the device dialler, and a post-call workflow appears when the call is over.

  • Click-to-dial from the contact card (web and mobile app)
  • Incoming call pop-up with caller name and history
  • Automatic call log (direction, duration, timestamp)
  • Log matched to the contact by phone number
  • Available from the Standard plan

Platform and developers

Calendar, mobile app, and REST API for your team

Connect EasyCRM with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook – activities and meetings sync in both directions. The mobile app (iOS and Android) works offline: the full CRM, inbox, and quotations are available on your phone even without a signal. Developers will appreciate the REST API with 31 permission scopes, a rate limit of 1,000 requests per minute, and 11 outbound webhook events signed with HMAC – giving you a clean way to connect EasyCRM to your own systems or web shop without manually copying data.

  • Two-way sync with Google Calendar
  • Two-way sync with Microsoft Outlook
  • Mobile app (iOS + Android) – offline, encrypted local database
  • REST API v1 – 31 scopes, cursor-paginated
  • Outbound webhooks – 11 events, HMAC-signed
  • Plugin framework for extending EasyCRM (Pro plan)

  • Google and Microsoft calendar meetings flow into CRM activities
  • Mobile app works offline – stay productive anywhere
  • Developers connect their own systems via REST API and webhooks
  • Every plan includes at least email and web chat – no extra charge
