Lead Scoring

Focus first on the deals most likely to close.

EasyCRM trains a statistical model exclusively on your own organisation's won and lost deal history. Every open opportunity gets a 0 – 100 score and a plain-language breakdown of the factors that pushed it up or down.

Your model, your data

Scores built from your own deal history – not a generic model

There is no one-size-fits-all scoring engine here. EasyCRM trains a Naive Bayes statistical classifier separately for each organisation, learning the patterns that distinguish your won deals from your lost ones. The result is a 0 – 100 probability score for every open opportunity, calibrated to your market and your customers – not to some global average.

  • Statistical model trained exclusively on your organisation's data
  • 0 – 100 score for every open opportunity
  • Win probability derived from your own won and lost deals
  • Your model is never mixed with data from other organisations
  • Results available as an advanced report in the Reports section

Understand why a deal scores the way it does

Factor breakdown for every opportunity

The scoring report shows more than a number – it lists the top positive and negative factors that shaped each score. Your sales rep can see exactly what is working in a deal's favour and what is holding it back. For example: "Deals above €5,000 in this segment have a 74 % historical win rate" or "Deals with no activity in the last 14 days have a lower probability of closing."

  • List of top positive factors for each opportunity
  • List of negative factors – what is slowing the deal down
  • Factors derived from real patterns in your deal history
  • Reps know exactly where to apply effort
  • Factor breakdown available for every opportunity in the report

Pro plan, prioritisation, and retraining

Prioritise your pipeline on statistics, not gut feeling

Lead scoring is available on the Pro plan as an advanced report. The report sorts your open opportunities by score in descending order – so you can see at a glance which deals deserve attention this week. Your organisation admin can trigger a manual retrain at any time with one click. The model also resets automatically when your organisation accumulates significantly new deal history, so the scores always reflect current patterns.

  • Report sorted by score – priorities visible at a glance
  • Manual retrain with one click (admin)
  • Automatic reset when deal history changes significantly
  • Available on the Pro plan as an advanced report
  • No configuration needed – the model learns from your data

FAQ

Questions about lead scoring

No. EasyCRM uses classical statistics – specifically a Naive Bayes classifier. There is no AI, GPT, or neural network involved. The model is trained exclusively on your organisation's own won and lost deal history and estimates the probability of closing each open opportunity based on patterns that are statistically evident in your own data.

Lead scoring is part of the EasyCRM Pro plan. It is available as an advanced report in the Reports section – not as a real-time widget. Your organisation must have an active Pro plan to access the scoring report.

The model is trained on your organisation's closed deal history – both won and lost. It analyses attributes such as deal value, customer segment, days without activity, number of contacts, and other factors. From these patterns it derives which combinations of attributes historically led to a win or a loss, and applies that knowledge to your open opportunities.

The factors depend on the patterns in your own data – they can include deal value, customer industry, days since last activity, pipeline stage, number of recorded calls or emails, and similar attributes. The report shows the top positive and negative factors for each opportunity, so your rep sees a concrete reason, not just a number.

Your organisation admin can trigger a manual retrain directly from the scoring report with a single click. The model also resets automatically when your organisation accumulates significantly new closed-deal history – so the scores always reflect current patterns rather than stale historical data.
